The school year got off to the best possible start at the “Vincenzo Neri” Secondary School in Pianoro (BO). On Friday, Sept. 15, a meeting was held in the gymnasium with the school’s classes, which was attended along with Dr. Baldaccini, the school’s headmaster, by the Head of External Relations of the Bologna Police Headquarters Dr. Mattioli and the Director General of the Regional School Office Dr. Versari. The appointment was also attended by Luca Baraldi, CEO of Virtus Segafredo Bologna, Sabrina Cinili, club manager of the women’s team, Beatrice Barberis and Awudu Abass representing the two teams.
It was so much surprise and happiness of the young pupils to see the Virtus Segafredo champions wishing them a good start of the school year, many photos and autographs from them. At the end of the presentation, Awudu and Beatrice greeted the children in each class on this special day.
