The ticket office is open from Monday to Friday, from 2.30pm to 6.00pm, unless otherwise indicated. We invite you to consult from time to time the news that will be published on our website and on the Virtus Segafredo official channels.

The request must be received at info.bo@emilia-romagna.fip.it
The Emilia-Romagna Regional Committee Secretariat will confirm and forward the names to Virtus Segafredo
for each day of the Championship and Euroleague.
It is specified that the request is nominal and valid for only one accreditation for each individual SIAE card
(number to be indicated); multiple requests, in the name of others, are not allowed.
Cia, Udc and collaborators FIP – Emilia-Romagna Regional Committee members are eligible for accreditation.
The accreditation will be sent, in PDF format, directly to the e-mail address from which the request originates.
The accreditation will be confirmed, or not, by a reply email from the Secretariat
of the Emilia-Romagna Regional Committee.

The methods set out below are valid exclusively for requests for accreditation of the SINGLE MATCH of the Serie A Championship and of the EuroCup games (NO SUBSCRIPTIONS) for access for the disabled and non-ambulatory. Access to the Paladozza will be regulated (as per legislation on the verification of impedimental requirements) through an accreditation request, which must be sent via email to ticketing@virtus.it exclusively in the week of the competition in question and no later than 48 antecedents. Accreditation will be sent by email to the personal address from which the request is received. Requests will be confirmed, in order of arrival and subject to availability of places. Advance requests are not accepted. Requests must be accompanied by legible copies of the certificate of disability and an identity document (must include surname, first name, date of birth, municipality or foreign country of birth (in full) and province of birth. Also for the accompanying person (law 18 of 11/02/1980) it is necessary to send a copy of an identity document containing all the data listed above. Please note that there are 9 (nine) seats available (plus 9 accompanying persons) in the Arena and 5 seats in the Paladozza (plus 5 accompanying persons).
