Turkish Airlines Euroleague | Shengelia has been nominated the Round 3 MVP

Toko Shengelia was named MVP of Round 3 of Turkish Airlines Euroleague after his excellent performance against Alba Berlin. This is the seventh time in his career that the Georgian player has achieved this recognition.

Shengelia put up 26 points while making 8/9 two-point shots and 7/8 free throws, making his third highest score in 11 Turkish Airlines EuroLeague seasons. He also added 4 rebounds, 3 assists with 0 turnovers and 4 fouls incurred. His performance index of 32 was the best among all players in the third round and pushed Virtus to its second consecutive victory.
