Coach Banchi’s words at the end of the game with Monaco: “We played a really good first half, despite the fact that Monaco found a great night shooting. In the third quarter some difficult shots put by them hit our confidence, after that it became difficult to face such a talented team. When you play against such a team you have to be continuous. We need a better, longer effort, to stay connected and continuous in such difficult games. In the second half we were not, unlike the first half. In the second half they used all their talent, we had trouble stopping their guards. In the first 20 minutes we played a consistent game, but then they punished every mistake we made.”
