Isaia Cordinier, MVP of the night with 12 points and 10 rebounds: “We got our first EuroLeague win of the season, we knew playing here was very difficult, special atmosphere and maybe it was just the game we needed to find ourselves. We fought until the end, we made a great defensive effort in rebounding and thanks to our will and Will (Clyburn), we won, scored a lot of baskets that gave us the lead in the final. I enjoy the first win of the season, we were struggling a little bit, we keep building, we are finding our chemistry and today we found something we can work on for the future.”
Will Clyburn scored 27 points and the decisive overtaking basket: “I’m happy for the win, it’s the first time I’ve won in this Arena, but the only thing that matters is to have won tonight. Throughout the game I always thought we were in the game, we fought, we had some ups and downs, but I never thought we were already out of the game. We tightened up defensively, it was just a matter of time and we had the patience to do it.”
