The Black-and-White number 3 beat out competition from Billy Baron (EA7 Emporio Armani Milano), Ky Bowman (Happy Casa Brindisi), Guglielmo Caruso (Openjobmetis Varese) and Matteo Spagnolo (Dolomiti Energia Trentino).
The Virtus captain averaged 12.7 points in 20.9 minutes of average usage on the parquet in a 29-game season: his contribution went above and beyond as also evidenced by his nearly 2 assists on average. His shooting percentages have also always remained at a very high standard: shooting 35.6% from three, while from inside the area he has always shot over 56% (highest percentage within the team in ratio of minutes played to attempts taken).
