Having finished the medical examinations, today Saturday, August 24 at 9:30 a.m. the V Nere season officially began. In fact, the first training session of the new season was held at the Porelli Gym.
On Monday, Aug. 26 at 5:30 p.m., training in Arcoveggio open to the public with the usual greeting to the fans, Wednesday, Sept. 4 at 5 p.m. the official presentation of the team inside Farete (Pad.16, Main Stage, Fiere di Bologna). Access to Farete is free and you can register and get your ticket at this link.
These are the appointments of Virtus Segafredo preseason:
- Saturday, Aug. 31, 6 p.m.: Virtus Segafredo Bologna vs Carpegna Prosciutto Basket Pesaro (Palestra Porelli, Bologna, closed-door scrimmage);
- Friday, Sept. 6 and Saturday, Sept. 7: 14th Edition International Basketball Tournament “City of Cagliari,” Virtus Segafredo Bologna vs CB Gran Canaria | Virtus Segafredo Bologna vs Dinamo Banco di Sardegna Sassari/P.A.O.K. BC Thessaloniki (Pala Pirastu, Cagliari);
- Wednesday, Sept. 11: 8th Edition Ferrari Trophy, Germani Brescia vs Virtus Segafredo Bologna (PalaLeonessa A2A, Brescia);
- Saturday, Sept. 14 and Sunday, Sept. 15: Crete Tournament, Virtus Segafredo Bologna vs Olympiacos Piraeus | Virtus Segafredo Bologna vs Olimpia Milano/Fenerbahce Istanbul (Crete).
