At the end of the training session before the match against Repower Sanga Milano, valid for the sixth round of Techfind Serie A1, these are the words of coach Vincent: “Apart from the game against Venice, Sanga made some good games losing only on the final few points. They are a team, a bit like San Martino, made up of smaller players, very fast and we will have to manage our difficulties with these teams. We are a team that shoots a lot, shooting so much we can suffer some counterattacks and easy basket. This is the main issue for us, that sometimes we struggle to control the game and not leave opportunities for others to go fast in front of the basket and make easy points. That will be our difficulty, then we will have to manage the quality of these girls who are smaller, faster, we will have to figure out how to defend them. They have a good balance of fast girls who attack all over the place and others who are able to shoot well. We will have to adapt and manage the presence or not of Ivana Dojkic, we don’t know yet, that unbalances our team a little bit, she is very important for us.”
