At the end of the game against Battipaglia, valid for the 3rd day of Techfind Serie A1, these are the words of coach Vincent: “It’s never easy to win a game, we tried to work on some things, we lost some effectiveness that we were trying to exploit. We also had moments where we didn’t score and that’s part of the game. I am very happy with the defensive side, although there are things to improve we did well. So, even doing little in offense, you can easily win by doing well in defense. When we played Barberis as 4 we still did well in the defensive part, it is not only André and Rupert who did well today but the whole team worked.”
Instead, these are the words of Olbis Andrè: “Surely it was a tough game, the girls of Battipaglia showed that they all have great character, despite the score they didn’t give up from the beginning to the end and they will be able to make a good run. This year we started off on the right foot however it is still early to make predictions, we still have a lot of work to do and we try game after game to make progress both in offense and defense, whatever the opponent.”
