Ahead of the last regular season championship game against Campobasso these were the words of coach Pierre Vincent: “I feel like the team is finishing the championship well. We are all ready to play the games that matter and we want to finish by having a good game against Campobasso. They are an atypical team because they defend very well, they are also aggressive on offense. They have had a good championship given their qualities, defensively they are tough. All teams have struggled against them and we will have to be attentive to their qualities, some players are very fast and difficult to control. Collective defense will be key, we will have to handle their offensive pressure well and it has not always been easy for us to handle it. Our bench has confidence, the girls are ready and will give all they can give. To win the important games we need everyone with a positive attitude that they already have. We come to the playoffs with a ready team, we can always improve things even if it is late. We have good control of our choices and mentally it’s a confident team, able to handle moments of decline, which was more difficult before.”
