At the end of the last practice prior to the game against Famila Wuber Schio, these are the words of coach Pierre Vincent: “We have had time to prepare for this game and we hope to have improved on all aspects, especially in terms of collective knowledge on defense and aggressiveness, as well as quality on the offensive game. It will be a particular game that will serve us to see where we are at a high level. Schio is a team with many weapons; they are the team with the best three-point percentages in our league. They have a long bench, they defend well but they also have numerous forwards. The most difficult thing in my opinion will be to control rebounds and the post-up, which they play very well with both long and non-guards. All games are important and winning is always important for us, however, it will be a key challenge for us to measure our awareness of what we want and can do together to prepare for the playoffs. The process is much more important than the result because it doesn’t matter now, but it will matter especially at the end and we have to have the team ready for the post season.”
