Luca Baraldi, CEO of Virtus Segafredo Bologna, was honored as the LBF Best Serie A1 Executive for the 22/23 season. Our CEO received the important award at the Teatro Civico in Schio during the LBF Oscar Evening, Opening Day 2023 ceremony.
During the 2022/2023 season, Virtus Segafredo Bologna achieved important milestones, participating for the first time in the group stage of EuroLeague Women and consolidating its role among the main reference points for Italy also in the European arena. Virtus also took first place in the regular season, a historic first for the club in its recent run in the women’s league. In addition, with 5337 spectators at the Finale Scudetto, Virtus was able to upgrade its numbers from last season, setting a record attendance in the history of the Italian league.
