After the win over Trapani, Isaïa Cordinier, author of the tying basket at the end of regulation, spoke to DAZN microphones: “We absolutely wanted to close the regular season in first place and with six days to go coach Ivanovic told us that we were six finals away from doing so. We completed the job, showing that we wanted to compete and give satisfaction to the fans who really created a super atmosphere. We gave value with this result to what we did in the last part of the Regular Season.”
Nicola Akele also commented on the game to the microphones of Radio Nettuno Bologna Uno: “Great game, Trapani confirmed to be a very good team.My triple in the final? I took it without thinking, I’m happy for the win, now we are first and everyone has to win here, our fans were extraordinary.”
