Bologna –
LBA President Umberto Gandini,
regarding match no. 217 valid for the 28th day of Serie A UnipolSai on April 21 between Virtus Segafredo Bologna and UNAHOTELS Reggio Emilia;
– acknowledged having received from Virtus Segafredo Bologna an application to postpone the aforementioned match, conditional on the result of the same in the Euroleague Play-In scheduled for Friday, April 19 in Vitoria on the field of Baskonia;
– having taken note of the objective and proven circumstances emerging from the petition and considering the inevitable implications related to the sporting result of the Euroleague Play-In;
– recalled articles 5.1, paragraph 1, second alinea, 5.3 and 5.4 of the LBA Sporting Regulations;
– all of the above,
assumes the present measure regarding the schedule for the 28th day of the UnipolSai Serie A on April 21, ordering the following hypotheses:
HYPOTHESIS A
In the event Virtus Segafredo Bologna qualifies for the Euroleague Play Offs, game No. 217 Virtus Segafredo Bologna-UNAHOTELS Reggio Emilia will be played on Sunday, April 21 at 8:30 p.m.
HYPOTHESIS B
In case Virtus Segafredo Bologna is eliminated from the Euroleague, game No. 217 Virtus Segafredo Bologna-UNAHOTELS Reggio Emilia will be played on Monday, April 22, at 8:30 p.m.
