Hackett: “Great fans, steps forward from last game”

Daniel Hackett also spoke in the postgame: “We respect Bayern because they are a solid team and a club that has been playing in the Euroleague for years. For us it was the first win in the Euroleague after so many years, the fans were fantastic, they gave us a big boost at the moment when Bayern got back in the score. We took a few steps forward compared to the game with Munich where we had given up a bit in the second half. Today we stayed in the game fighting until the end, we came together. We can improve on offense, the lost balls were too many but it’s still just the beginning of the season.”
