MVP of the evening Jordan Mickey, for him 13 points and 6 rebounds on the night that crowned Segafredo Supercoppa champions for the second time in a year. Mickey commented on the contest this way, “Every game that puts a major trophy up for grabs is always good to play. We came here for this, we came here to win it. My team has confidence in me, the coach has confidence in me, we are a good group. Great night!”
Another star of the evening was Alessandro Pajola, best assist-man of the competition, who commented on the first trophy of the season this way: “This ability to suffer we must maintain, we are still missing many pieces. The cup must give us a positive boost, because we have a long season ahead of us.”
