Thanks to the collaboration with “The European House Ambrosetti”, on Tuesday, February 1st, 50 representatives of selected companies were able to listen to some of the secrets of the Virtus world, starting from the meeting with the V Blacks’ management inside the “Porelli” gym.
There were two main themes that featured Virtus Segafredo Bologna CEO Luca Baraldi, who explained the business challenges of the sports company, and General Manager Paolo Ronci, who discussed the topic of team management on and off the court.
“For a Club – explained CEO Luca Baraldi – the fundamental aspect is to confirm itself, to try to always remain at a high level, and to do this, many components are needed every day on the field but also in the offices of a sports company like ours”.
General Manager Paolo Ronci: “Great successes are born on the court but also off the court, thanks to players who are leaders and players who become leaders, earning the status of leaders.”
Finally, the managers visited the Virtus Segafredo Arena to watch the EuroCup match, where they were able to experience first-hand the European match between Virtus Segafredo Bologna and Buducnost Voli Podgorica.
