After the first game of the Virtus Segafredo Bologna women’s team in the playoff quarterfinals, Virtus Segafredo CEO Luca Baraldi was a guest on Radio Nettuno Bologna Uno: “Last night was a great game, an incredible emotion to see the girls play like that against a team that deserved to play in these playoffs. Great credit to the girls and to whoever is leading them: this is a group that from a technical and human point of view is showing a lot. Through the difficulties, this group has grown stronger: now the team is doing well, we have overcome many problems and now we want to play our cards lightheartedly. Virtus is one, there are not two: the men’s team and the women’s team are the same thing. These girls need the public, they too are Virtus and Virtus has one of the best fans in Europe. On Friday we would like to have a lot of people at the Segafredo Arena.”
