Virtus Segafredo Bologna S.p.A. is pleased to announce the contract extension of Alessandro Pajola until 2026.

“Pajo,” who grew up in Virtus’ youth ranks since 2015, has collected with the bianconeri jersey a promotion and an A2 Italian Cup, a Basketball Champions League, a Scudetto, two Italian Super Cups and the EuroCup victory last season. Individually, he was named best under-22 in the A Series in the 20/21 season and MVP of the Italian Supercup in the 21/22 season. In his eighth season with Virtus Segafredo, a staple of the Italian national team, Alessandro is 11th in the number of appearances in the history of the Black Vs and fourth in assists in Serie A in Virtus history.
