Virtus Segafredo Bologna announces that it has reached an agreement with Alessandra Orsili.

Orsili was born in Fermo on October 4, 2001.
A 170cm playmaker, Orsili played her entire youth trafila with Civitanova Marche, with which she also made her debut in Serie A2 in the 2016/2017 season. Excellent impressions on the point guard allowed her to make the jump to Serie A1 in the 2018/2019 season: for two seasons she wore the jersey of Lucca. In the season just ended she played the Spanish championship with Ensino Lugo, a team with which she also played the EuroCup Women. With the Italian national team, she was called up for the first time after winning gold at the under-18 and under-20 European Championships in 2019.
