Toko Shengelia wins ELPA’s “Most Respected Players” for the 2024/25 season

ELPA, the EuroLeague Players Association, has honored Toko Shengelia as the most respected player of the year.

These are the words used to describe the Georgian player: “A player who has earned the highest respect among his peers and has been a true role model, both on and off the court.”

This is the comment of the virtussino number 21: “I am deeply honored to receive this award. To be recognized by my colleagues – teammates and opponents who share the same struggles and sacrifices – makes this especially meaningful. I am truly grateful for the respect, and I will continue to conduct myself in a way that earns it every day.”
