At the end of game 1 of the LBA playoff quarterfinals, these were the words of coach Luca Banchi: “It’s always difficult to approach a series, a quarterfinal that promises to be tough, intense and balanced, where in spite of the last hour emergency we managed to have a good approach on the game at least from the offensive point of view, except then to suffer a drop in the second quarter, where Tortona played at speed, managed to attack the iron with frequency. Halftime served to regroup our ideas and return to the court with a different attitude, decisive in trying to put the game on the lines that must be a trademark for us.”
