Virtus Segafredo Bologna, a team of reference in the world of sports, and BOOM, CRIF’s knowledge and innovation hub dedicated to education, training, and innovation on topics of technological, business, and frontier development, announce the launch of an exclusive collaboration to unite even more the world of sports and the corporate world, and offer unique and engaging experiences. This unique collaboration brings together two seemingly distant worlds – corporate innovation and competitive sports – to create a synergistic experience that promotes individual and team development.
The partnership is developed along two lines with specific targets: schools and companies. For schools, the collaboration includes a focus on “Healthy Support and Data Analysis” to combine passion for sports with technological innovation and education for the realization of activities dedicated to the school world!
The goal is to actively involve local schools, offering students engaging and interactive learning experiences. The activity designed aims to raise awareness of the values of sports, promoting responsible and respectful behavior toward opponents and their teammates, but also to develop innovative projects that can combine sports and data thanks to BOOM’s expertise in data science. Two main initiatives are planned: a first moment of teamwork to create a slogan, chorus, and choreography to encourage healthy cheering and a second moment with an education workshop themed data analysis in the world of sports. The joining of forces between BOOM and Virtus Segafredo aims to open new perspectives in the world of sports and innovation by offering young people tools and knowledge that can accompany their path of personal and professional growth.
Instead, the partnership linked to the corporate world is grafted within the “T.E.A.M Program: Taste Experience And Emotion” proposed by BOOM and Palazzo di Varignana, team-building experiences that expand horizons, enhance collaboration and generate high-level results for teams and companies.
The program focuses on creating unique experiences that can transform team collaboration through immersion in state-of-the-art spaces and by addressing situations outside the daily routine: the wide range of proposed initiatives are in fact designed to stimulate creativity, inclusion and collaboration by leading teams to think outside the box, in a cohesive manner for the development of innovative solutions.Companies will have the opportunity to select different locations (locations belonging to BOOM and Palazzo di Varignana) to develop team-building initiatives related to solidarity, environment, art, taste, innovation and relaxation, but also related to the world of sports with Virtus Segafredo Bologna.
Specifically, there are two initiatives:
- BOOM and Casa Virtus Alfasigma: The first moment of team-building activities will take place at BOOM, where BOOM coaches will lead corporate teams through engaging experiences and stimulating challenges.Afterwards, the second moment will be held at Casa Virtus Alfasigma, a unique and stimulating environment where participants will experience fun and interaction activities based on some simple game simulations. A unique opportunity to strengthen bonds and stimulate your team’s creativity.
- BOOM and Virtus Segafredo Arena- Pre-Match Tour: in addition to the experiences with the coaches, participants will have the opportunity to experience an exciting pre-match tour, savoring the unique and adrenaline-filled atmosphere of one of the most exciting sporting events with the possibility then to stay and watch the game live!
