At the end of the game against Gyor, valid for the second day of the EuroLeague Women regular season, these are the words of coach Vincent: “I would like to congratulate the Gyor team because it was a really tough game for us, we had to fight until the end to secure the victory. We managed to win without scoring from 3-point range, we usually have good percentages, tonight we didn’t score from this position but we balanced our game well by finding more easy points. I am very happy for that, I also think we played a good game in defense controlling well the opposing team, which usually scores about 94 points but today they scored only 74. For us it is a great success.”
On the other hand, these are the words of Olbis Andrè after her excellent performance today: “It was a tough game, we played against opponents who did not give up until the end. I am happy for the team because last year very often we couldn’t win these games, so you can see that we are already making improvements. We still have a lot to improve but we are on the right way.”
