The bianconere win the initial possession and immediately find Dojkic’s first two points. Complicated by a very good defense, the opposing team fails to score for the first two minutes of the game, then Zanardi finds the 8-2 basket and Brixia starts to get into gear. André and Dojkic bring important points to the team from the line, and Cox’s triple extends the lead over a recovering Brixia. The first quarter ends on a score of 21-14 for Virtus.
