After Virtus Segafredo Bologna won the Super Cup, President Massimo Zanetti spoke to the microphones of Radio Nettuno Bologna Uno: “Two Super Cups in 24 hours, no one has ever done it in Europe, it is an incredible thing and it makes us all happy. I hope the whole city of Bologna is, and it’s very important especially that the women won, because it was the first time. It was not a given, especially playing against Milan. This is a strong team, I always said it was not a team made by chance and Scariolo had made it. Banchi is a very good coach, the guys were eager to prove something, they did great. I was hoping to win at least one, we won two, more than that!”
