Virtus Segafredo Bologna announces that it has reached an agreement with Head Coach Pierre Vincent.

In his career he has already won important trophies both nationally and in Europe. I believe that his great experience can be an added value to continue on our path of growth and achieve the goals set by the Club.”
Born in 1964 in Brioude (France), Vincent began his coaching career in Bourges where he stayed 8 seasons winning 4 league titles, 5 French Cups and 3 Federation tournaments.
He coached the French senior women’s national team from 2008 to 2013 winning Olympic silver in London 2012 and a gold, bronze and silver at the European Championships in 2009, 2011 and 2013, respectively.
At the same time as the transalpine national team, Vincent led Asvel for 3 seasons before moving to the Orleans bench. In 2017, the move to Italy to Schio: with the Venetian team he won 2 scudetti, 2 Italian Cups and 3 Italian Supercups.
