Coach Scariolo spoke in the press conference after the win over Milano: “Obviously I am very happy with the team’s performance and very happy for the players from the individual point of view. We had a tough week, with a long journey: proof of character, with the right mentality and courage. We played a great first half; against a very strong and very deep team then we realized that as soon as you get distracted the opponents can do you damage. But once again I give more value to the recovery because we reacted, giving a great show of cohesion, character and concentration. A good victory, we thank our fans who came here with confidence to support us. It is not now a decisive moment of the season but certainly, despite the physical problems since the beginning of the year, it is a good morale boost that does not hurt. Every game is its own story, every game is different from the other: there are positive factors, I like how the team entered the field tonight, with determination according to the game plan. I also like that in front of a full building we didn’t completely lose control of the game.”
