IRCCS Policlinico di Sant’Orsola will be the hospital chosen by Virtus Segafredo Bologna to offer health care services to its members and their families.
Unique in Italy, and among the few in Europe, VirtusCare is an agreement signed between Virtus Segafredo and Policlinico that will allow every Virtussina player, as well as family members living together, to use the services of Sant’Orsola.
The undisputed quality of health care at Sant’Orsola will be one of the benefits that the Club will offer to its players and their families. Virtus Pallacanestro Bologna chose the Bologna hospital after a careful evaluation of the level of services offered, the presence, among the few hospitals in Italy, of all the branches of medicine in one place and, finally, the direct experience of care already provided to some players by the professionals of the Policlinico with good success.
