Virtus Pallacanestro Bologna S.p.A. announces that today, Tuesday, Oct. 29, the Shareholders’ Meeting approved the financial statements for the year 2023-2024 and confirmed Massimo Zanetti as Chairman of the Board of Directors.
The Shareholders’ Meeting confirmed as members of the Board of Directors Marco Preti, Giuseppe Sermasi and Nicola Gualandi, then confirmed the CEO proxy to Luca Baraldi.
The meeting then confirmed as Chairman of the Board of Statutory Auditors Michele Colliva and as Auditors Massimo Garuti and newcomer Pier Luigi Ungania.
Luca Baraldi expressed his thanks the shareholders for the renewed confidence and wished his colleagues on the Board of Directors to continue working together always with the goal of achieving the best results, on and off the court.
