Coach Sergio Scariolo spoke in a press conference after the game against Trieste: “Congratulations to Trieste, they deserved in a great environment, it was a balanced game, we put the ball in the hands of our best shooter twice, you have to accept the law of sports. I congratulate the opponents, especially Michele Ruzzier towards whom we have great affection and he was very important today. After a good start, the second quarter was problematic from the defensive point of view: we conceded so much in the area, 10 baskets on 13 attempts which is madness, a responsibility to divide equally with the guards who got beat very easily and the longs who did not defend the iron adequately.
