Virtus Pallacanestro Bologna S.p.A. announces that it has reached an agreement for the contract renewal of Brandon Taylor.
Brandon, who arrived in Bologna in mid-May, began his adventure in a Virtus jersey with the start of the playoffs by immediately making himself available to coach Dusko Ivanovic. Taylor has been one of the strengths of the bianconeri’s playoff journey starting with the semifinal against Milano (12 points and 7 assists in Game 3, 6 points and 6 assists in Game 4 at the Forum) and in the final against Brescia, culminating with his 19 points and 6 assists in the decisive Game 3 that gave Virtus its 17th championship. Offensive talent, management but also defensive dedication what Brandon has brought so far in his experience with the V Nera and will continue to give next season.
Brandon Taylor’s comments after the renewal: “To all Virtussini, I hope you are enjoying your summer and are still celebrating the championship we brought home in the season that just ended. But the most important thing is that I’m coming back, I’m happy, I couldn’t be happier. Forza Virtus!”
