Everything is almost ready for Game 1 of the Women’s Basketball League Scudetto Final, Saturday, April 29 at 8:30 p.m. Virtus Segafredo Bologna and Schio will begin the series that will decree the 2022/2023 title. The gates of the Paladozza will open at 7 p.m. and all access gates will be open: piazza Azzarita, via Calori, via Graziano and via Nannetti.
A historic day for Bologna and women’s basketball that will see the first act of the Final played in front of a sold-out Paladozza. Black and white dress code for all fans present at the palace, possibly wearing something black and white. Saturday night’s is expected to be a real spectacle on and off the playing floor, with many initiatives and people involved to make memorable an evening that already carries the scent of history.
In the short intervals of the competition, guests at the Paladozza will be the gymnasts of Polisportiva Pontevecchio, a historic Bolognese reality that has been participating in the Series A rhythmic gymnastics championship for years. At the long interval, however, on the Paladozza’s parquet the performance of “Fosco 17” (Luca Jacoboni), a Bolognese singer-songwriter protagonist on the stage of Sanremo Giovani.
