Bologna –<\/p>\n

For the second consecutive year, Humangest is jersey sponsor of Virtus Segafredo Bologna. Our grit, our enthusiasm, our identity will accompany the iconic Bologna team through an intense sports season: in fact, the Humangest logo remains imprinted on the new uniforms – signed by Adidas – that the team will wear during the Italian Basketball Championship.<\/p>\n

After the official presentation of the team and the start of the sports season, the Humangest branch in Bologna will host an exclusive event – dedicated to the press, our partners and stakeholders – in which Gianluca Zelli, CEO SGB Humangest Holding, and Luca Baraldi, CEO Virtus Segafredo Bologna, will speak to share the importance and significance of the partnership, as well as the point of view on the labor market in the urban and industrial fabric of Emilia. Along with them will be basketball player Mouhamet Diouf, recent acquisition of the Bologna team.<\/p>\n

Gianluca Zelli, Humangest<\/strong> – We are pleased to introduce a young man who represents us to our home. Working in human resources, we have always sought relationships with companies that represent us. We are a completely Italian company, very young, with perhaps a sense of identity and a strong sense of team and team. And we have been in Bologna forever, I am originally from Rieti and I have loved Bologna since Brunamonti’s time. A young, Italian player who wants to join this very important team is something that represents us.<\/em><\/p>\n

Luca Baraldi, CEO Virtus Segafredo Bologna<\/strong> – In Momo we have identified a very talented guy, I had the chance to appreciate his availability and maturity, despite his age. We decided to invest in young people, he represents a spearhead, also for the national team. And I say right away that there are no championship players and Euroleague players. Cacok? He is improving every day, we have to be patient. The boy is definitely better, we have to wait. And we also have other solutions. There is the catchphrase that one player is missing, but we have 15. But the idea of waiting is not only from the ownership, but also from us. But we take advice from afar and will try to increase inches when possible.<\/em><\/p>\n

Mouhamet Diouf<\/strong>: \u201cThank you all for being here, I am very happy to be part of this company and this brand, I have little to say except that I am happy to be at Virtus, to be able to play in the Euroleague. I am happy that so many people have confidence in me and I will try to give my best and being the youngest in the team I will have to be ready in every situation.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

What do you bring with you from Spain and what do you think about your role from the start being important?: \u201cFirst of all I have to earn every minute by following what the coach asks me, I have to work with my head down and everything will come.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

Is there one aspect you want to improve?: \u201cI think for the moment I will have to improve in reading the game, always making myself ready.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

What did the coach ask you and how does it affect you to play with certain players?: \u201cThe coach asked me for energy and drive, always willing to listen and not to make too many mistakes for which you might go back to the bench. Playing with people like Toko and Clyburn gives you so much, asking them so many questions gives you something more to grow.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

Excitement about the Euroleague: \u201cI’ve always seen it on TV and thinking about taking the court against Efes will be a unique experience, you have to face it seriously because I’m on a team that aims high.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n
