Bryant Dunston is the last arrival in chronological order in our Virtus family, and returns to play in Italy after many years since his last experience in Varese: “Coming back to Italy is great, it brings back many memories, even when I listen to the language I remember something, not so much. I am happy to be back in Italy. I’m in a different team but it will be good.”<\/em><\/p>\n Dunston won two Euroleagues with Efes and has already started to put his experience on the court: “I always thought this team had great potential and they haven’t been back in the Euroleague for a long time. I would like to bring my experience and a lot of energy to the court, help where I can, play with passion as I always have. The goal is always the same, to try to win as much as possible and that’s what we want to do. The fans are really enthusiastic, I really like the passion they have for the team, they cheered during the whole game, both during time outs and during the game. They give us a lot of energy and it helps us a lot.”<\/em><\/p>\n Dunston reunites with Achille Polonara: “We talked before I signed, I told him, “Hey, I got an offer from Virtus,” he said, “Let me know if you sign!” and when I signed we were able to talk again. The guys on the team have been really welcoming, they are teaching me useful things from last year and the previous ones, they share their experience with me. I haven’t done any contact training yet, but when I do they are doing very well.”<\/em><\/p>\n Bologna? “I managed to visit the city a little bit, not too much. My family has not yet arrived in Bologna, so I don’t want to visit before they arrive. I have seen some things and the city is really beautiful.”<\/em><\/p>\n
